Sri Lanka's present political situation

The people of Sri Lanka has not still got over the doubts on the presidential election results where the president Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa emerged for the second time with an overwhelming majority of 1.8million. The speculation is such that everyone talks about it. But what matters to our country is development and no more of the past worst experience of terrorism. The developed part of the world should try to help us build our nation which has suffered for the last several decades. The people of Sri Lanka are very kind and hospitable ones except for some notorious ones who are very few and countable numbers. The people of Sri Lanka deserves a better life than they were before. Its high time those rich nations turn their eye towards us instead of waiting for a Tsunami or cyclone or a natural disaster to extend your hands. Most of the Sri Lankans likes to eat fruit and other food but they are so expensive and they cannot afford to buy. Our country is in the right tract so its better for the rich nation to support it with their monitoring to support to ensure that the assistance goes to the most deserved ones.

The path at which the world is travelling with the so called leaders of mighty nations seems to be a dangerous one because of the unilateral decision it takes on idealogical senses instead of human moral values. It is losing all the reputations it had build over so many years. It is not shining as an examplary part of the world for other developing nations anymore. Just by an individual action so many countrymen hadto sacrifice their own credibility to other nations. Who will come to reconcile all the people and bring about peace and harmony towards them irrespective which country they belong to or what language they speak or to whichever religion they belong to. Let all the soul on the phase of the earth strive for peace and harmony instead of hatred , revenge and vengence. I wish this dream will come true.

Thahasin's Blog HATRED CANNOT BE WON BY HATRED INSTEAD IT COULD BE WON BY LOVE:
The way the events are unfolding in most of the troubled parts of the world one can see clearly that major superpowers are trying to take revenge in the most cruel manner by subjecting so many civilians to get killed. Why are they not practising patience and love and win the hearts and minds of people. What is the world that we are going to leave for next generation. Is it a world of vengence, hatred and revenge that we are going to leave for the future generation. Lets all of us think in terms of humanity and we all belong to one race and be humane to each other. So hatred cannot be won by hatred but it could be won by love.

Thahasin's BlogFighting Poverty is challenge to every part of the world. The fuel price has increased in many folds and it is adding more problems to all the developing nations around the world who are trying to alleviate poverty. Drug addicts are mostly youth because of their frustration they are getting into these unwanted habits. In this mellenium the developed nations are busy in invading countries for their ulterior motives instead of assisting poor nations. The so called developed nations are the cause for the petrol price to increase. I hope at least by now they will realize their mistakes and allow the world to have its peace. Let the human being behaves as humans.
